Pillar One

Leadership Development

Strong leadership is the cornerstone of a thriving church. EBA’s Equipping a Better You (EBYou) initiative provides.

The team is made up of pastors from EBA churches. They work diligently to provide Leadership Development opportunities.

Each leader has their own style of leading. We want them to draw from the variety of experiences and styles of fellow pastors and church leaders.

Replicate

Our association is committed to fostering a robust disciple-making culture by identifying and developing leaders within our congregations. To enhance this mission, we are integrating Replicate's DiscipleStory process, a comprehensive approach designed to empower individuals to discover and live out their unique callings.

By implementing the DiscipleStory process, we aim to cultivate a culture where every member is equipped and motivated to contribute to the disciple-making mission, ensuring the growth and sustainability of a church’s leadership pipeline.

Sunday School Training

This annual February event provides workshops tailored for adult, student, and children’s ministry leaders.

Sacrificial Stewardship

We believe Sacrificial Stewardship involves encouraging individuals and churches to give generously and intentionally towards mission objectives and community needs.

We are here to help create a culture of financial and resource-sharing that supports the work of the church and its ministries, along with community needs.

Support the Cooperative Program

Partner with the broader mission of the Southern Baptist Convention by encouraging your church to give faithfully to the Cooperative Program.

Prayer is at the heart of all we do. We encourage churches to prioritize prayer through Strategic Prayer Initiatives and Prayer Partner Networks. Connect for prayer support and engage in collective prayer for community needs.
