Ellis Baptist Association can help churches in the revitalization process. Sometimes you just need a fresh set of eyes to look at the church’s situation. The answer could be very simple or complex. EBA provides trained and experienced staff to help churches determine their a new path. We walk with a church, as they seek to reverse the trend by leading church leaders in a systematic approach but a prayer laden approach. It can be used on the short-term basis, for churches needing a jumpstart or on a long-term built on laying a new foundation and building upon it.
