The Church Mission and Ministry grant awards are often seed funds for new ministries or projects. Congregations may submit for subsequent or greater support to be considered and evaluated by the leadership team. In an effort to promote networking and partnership among the churches of Ellis Baptist Association, the grant funds will be applied for as an individual church or as a group partnering on a project or event. Some of the things the funds could be used for are as follows:
Women’s or Men’s Conferences
This list is certainly not exhaustive and if there is an emergency that comes up for which your church could use funds, those applications are also accepted. Applications will be accepted three times per year. The deadlines for receiving applications is by 12:00 pm on or before January 1, May 1 or September 1 of each year. Grantees will be notified of awards and funding schedules within one week following the next EBA Leadership Team meeting.
