Here at the Ellis Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC), we give a Hand Up and not a Hand Out.
CWJC is a FREE program available to women of all ages.
In addition to Bible Study each morning, CWJC offers GED classes and job training skills to help participants obtain and maintain employment. Also included in each session are life enrichment, family skills, careers and boundaries classes.
There are two 16 week sessions each year. One in the Fall and one in the Spring. The schedule is based on the Waxahachie school district calendar. Classes are held 4 days a week.
