During the late 1990’s EBA changed associational models. It moved from the executive board model to the leadership team model. EBA has found this model fits our association. The leadership team model allows the leaders of the associational ministries and six at-large members to make decisions for the association in between annual meetings. An at-large member serves for three years before rotating off of the leadership team. This allows for continuity but also provides for new and fresh ideas.
